Ninjas on my street

 

Our friends and neighbors came over today for foam swords, masks, and brownies. I like the sound of the boys running all over the neighborhood making ninja sounds and bopping each other on the head. I can always tell when Asher is having a good time because his head gets sweaty with all the creative play and action, tonight was no exception.

Father's Day, New Job, Water Party w J

 Asher and I love Geoff, and for Father's Day we made him some cards, picked out candy from the store, and also bought him a shirt and some swim trunks. He is a great father and husband.

 This is why Fathers are so special, they wrestle, in their underwear, no less.

 Here's lovely Jessica at our ward primary "Water Party." I think she had a grand time.

And, I got a new job at a local flower shop. I am learning to arrange roses, make boutonnieres, spell the word boutonnieres, and create floral delights for funerals, anniversaries, birthdays, and just because. Whoop whoop. This is the arrangement my boss gave me after my first day of work.

A visit to the Salty City

 I saw these in the parking garage of a hotel, thought it would take a nice picture.

 Erin and I got to see this little guy! He was really interested in the buttons on my sweater.

Da Boys

 These are Geoff's treasures from a recent Geology Field Trip. Our house is turning into a gallery/ rock shop with the two of us combined. Come visit sometime, you'll find something interesting, I'm sure!

 The boys (with our neighbor friend) playing video games. Even toddlers like to watch people play video games, and here I thought it was just Tyler, Landon, and Lanny who passed hours watching each other play Zelda, back in my high school days.

A quiet night, just the sounds of Asher splashing in the tub.

Conference Weekend

 My Mom gave in to town and treated Erin and I to some Saturday afternoon tickets for the conference session. Here we are all rosy and aglow from the Spirit. :)

 Later we hooked up with Aunt Vanessa and Monique (not pictured, she stayed in the car). We ate Korean food and then drove out to the Salt Lake. The sun was setting, it was extremely windy and salt and sand were flying everywhere. Nonetheless we still enjoyed taking theatrical photos.

Grandma Deb is the best! Thanks for coming and brightening our home!
