Eww, eewww, gross. SICK.

I'm not sure why I want to tell you this story (it's interesting?) I went to my "new job" yesterday. It was doing layout for a local latin newpaper. The boss guy was in his fifties and from Peru, speaks only spanish really. I was sitting at the computer trying to do the layout, he's showing me stuff on the computer, and keeps touching me. Sick. He keeps patting my knee, or my waist, shoulders...the clencher was when he used my back to draw some layout thing. I was totally irritated, annoyed, and uncomfortable. So I finally was like, "look, I can't work for you. For one, I don't know how to work the computer program. Number two, I can't work for a boss that touches me all the time." He did some kind of "I'm sorry, I'm an affectionate person...treated you like I'd treat one of my daughters." Yeah right. Ewww, gross. I had the shivers and shakes when I left. Moral of the story: 1. make sure you're never alone with your boss in the office 2. watch out for peruvian newspaper editors. bad idea.

Hahaha, good for you Em. One time I worked with a latin guy who was married. We were bailing hay and it was my last day. He was telling me goodbye and before I knew it had kissed my forehead. Ewww, eewww, gross. SICK.

I like the pic you chose to go along with the post.

Can I admit I laughed a little bit at this post? Sorry. I just know what you mean. I have had a couple of those experiences myself. Do you remember a certain cross country coach who will go nameless? Gross! Do these guys not see it, or do they not care?
