Bring it on 2009!

After that last post, I felt I had to redeem myself by posting a more pleasing picture of myself. Here is my new sequiny shirt, a symbol for the new, exciting, and sparkly new year. Happy New Year! This years new year resolution: try to be a little better each day. (brownie points to the person who knows who said that.) and yes, I danced like a hooligan rock star in the new shirt, you should try it, life is never dull with SEQUINS!

thanks K and HRH for the fabulous party!

Was it Steve Martin in Groundhog Day? Because I could always use some of those bits hypothetical social currency, which can be accrued by earning favour in the eyes of another.

Love the sequins.

My New's Years Eve party consisted of racing Niel to the toothbrushes to see who could be the fisrt all ready for bed and under the covers(right before midnight.)

Love the sequins. You have rubbed off on me. I am liking sparkly. I drove to Walla Walla yesterday (a whole paragraph to detail that wonderful outing,in itself) and bought a pair of vintage rhinestone earrings to go with my vintage yellow/gray dress. I wore the ensemble to church today and I felt SPECIAL.

it was GBH Lauren, and Julie I like your idea, he and Marjorie probably DID watch Groundhog's day. The Lord's ways are mysterious, revelation comes in many ways. How often have we heard a testimony that included something about a movie plot? (

maybe a little too often :))
